Publication Ethics

Az-Zahra International Proceeding upholds the highest standards of publication ethics to ensure the integrity, transparency, and quality of all published content. All authors, reviewers, and editors involved in the publication process are expected to adhere to ethical guidelines, including but not limited to the following:

• Originality and Plagiarism: Submitted manuscripts must be original works, not published or under consideration elsewhere. Any form of plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited.

• Authorship: All listed authors must have made a significant contribution to the work. All contributors must be properly acknowledged.

• Conflicts of Interest: Authors must disclose any financial or personal conflicts that could influence the research or interpretation of results.

• Peer Review Integrity: The proceeding employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure impartiality and fairness.

• Data Fabrication and Falsification: Fabrication, falsification, or manipulation of data is not tolerated.

• Confidentiality: All submitted manuscripts are treated as confidential documents and must not be disclosed to unauthorized parties.

• Correction and Retraction: If errors are discovered post-publication, appropriate corrections or retractions will be issued promptly.

Any breaches of ethical standards will be investigated thoroughly, and necessary actions will be taken to maintain the proceeding’s academic integrity.
